Me and my mates have been planning a European road trip for some time initially we were going for a month but due to Uni and work commitments this got cut down to 10days.
Our car for the trip a very unretro a high mileage non turbo diesel 406 which had spent its early years as a minicab. It did have a few retro features for example broken air con/ central locking/ non working rear electric windows/ random lights would light up on the dash/ oh and the engine likes to over heat ;D
The first leg of the trip France: Dunkirk to Aix en Provence 16 hours worth of solid driving. We would be staying in a relative’s holiday house in the south of France.
First stop after getting off the ferry, Renault 20 Diesel
offf worthy Alfa
we got to the house at 3am after getting lost up a mountain. We woke to this view ;D
Spots in and around the Village we stayed in:
These things are every where in France:
landy
Lada Niva and Renner 18
4’s
504
odd Nissan truck with the village in the background
360
Renner
h-van, visa, daf and many more
nice mk1
vanette
305
