Just what I was thinking. Great for hardtop's or 'feature' areas/ two tones

How do you apply it? Not gonna do the whole car but it might be cheaper to buy some scabby bumpers for the T3 and paint them with this stuff, than buy new ones.
Edit: I saw the link. Sounds easy!

Its very expensive and from what I have heard each of its previous UK distributors has stopped selling it due to customer complains over its durability. Like it comes off after months not years. And at £250 a litre plus VAT and the costs of gettign it sprayed...

You can get it for model car bodies, about £10 a tin. Basecoat of black, then slap on the chrome.

That's not the same stuff, the modelling paint is called Alclad II.
Unfortuantely, it isn't as 'chrome' like, you can't put anything over it, such as lacquer, as it will go milky, and it rubs off eventually to touch too.

The chrome body paint used on our toy cars is usually applyed inside of clear polycarbonate shells, making it a bit more durable.

thing is tho, even the expensive stuff still looks more like a silver C3PO rather than actual chrome, if u compare it to that chrome jag it just seeme to look fake, which it is i suppose
