I was a bit reluctant to start a thread about my restoration project on this ford capri. I'm pretty much sussed on the direction I'm going in. I'm going with a signal green and black trim scheme, 7.5 x 13 alloys from Midlands wheels. I've found a great guy to de-rust and do the paint job along with a passionate mechanic to do the tune ups. I've decided to go with the popular choice and drop a 2.0l in and so on.
I've had the mechanic do an assegment and it turns out it needs a new servo. Also, the paint shop guy said that I need a new Bonet as the rust needs to be cut out ideally.
So my main questions is do anyone know where I could buy the servo and a new Bonet. Or any suggestions on rust treatment. The effected areas is mainly at the edge of the Bonet just above the grille.
