Finally got my saab alloys, from ebay (took there time though!)
The offset on the rims is et33, sorry I am not that great with offset will I need spacers?

bang them on.
drive the car slowly on full lock. Listen for any rubbing.
get sone fat lasses in the back.
listen for any rubbing (coming from the arches not their thighs)
more direct than all this measuring nonsense.

Thanks mate, think I will take a rain check on the "fat lasses" on though cause my coilovers are going on this weekend......... so its going to be riding v.low Nankang (ditch finder) NS 2 are going on the rims once they arrive in the post! 195/45 15's quality (not) Trial and error time, guys.

Must say I've got some 205/50/15 Nankangs on 6.5J15 alloys, which came off my old 2.0i Ghia, and they grip like hell! Not sure which type of Nankang tyre they are, but it's a directional tread pattern. you can never have too many fat lasses. LOL! ;D

I have to say there isn't a lot of margin for error in a Sierra wheelarch if mine is anything to go by. My 16X7s are milimeters from the struts on the inside and my 15X7 lattice Sapphire alloys are even worse. Here are the 16s filling up the arches: Charlie

LOL! ;D The wheels are 15 by 6j and I have ordered 195/45/15. £125 for 4 tyres inc p+p, not bad me thinks? my mates a tyre fitter so he will put em on for a pint or two
