Places that will weld my diff?

I understand that this isn't really the forum for anything drift related but as most of the people on here are very knowledgeable.

So I was just wondering if anyone knows where I can get the diff for my e36 compact welded or where I can buy a welded one. It's a 318ti if that helps anyone.
