My xr2i has recently failed the dreaded mot as the load sensing valves for the brakes are leaking. Ford don't sell them.
These parts sit on the rear beam and apparently allow more braking pressure to the rear if there's more weight.
I'm not really that skilled when it comes to brakes so it's in my mechanics hands I've contemplated a mk4 non abs cylinder but said mechanic said it's going to be grief to refavricatr to get it to fit.
I am now considering a brake bias valve this car is a standard road car just wondering what peoples experience are with them
