Just thought I should get a second opinion upon what I am assuming is the age markings upon the Turkish made Lassa tyres upon my newest foolish purchase:
DOT(+LSE90250056+)
() being the slightly raised area that would have been an insert into the molding tool, the +'s presumably the screws holding the insert in place.
Could not spot any other markings that could show age though these don't seem to follow the standard modern format.
One owner '79 Accord 5-speed with minor rust & a dubious repaint many years ago.
Odometer suggests it has done 105,512km (assuming the first 100,000 since Odometers clock themselves). Has a service sticker dated feb 2002 indicated it would next need service at 9,755. Assuming 10,000km intervals it has done 5757km since 2002!
