The faults mean it does need a few hundred quid spent on it mate.
I honestly think that reducing the price so much from what it originally was has put off potential buyers. I guess you've got it up for sale on Gumtree too?
It's a long shot, but try joining some Evo forums and advertising either the car or bits that you can remove. I know you say you haven't got the space but surely you could sell a few bits off it, scrap the rest, and still have more than £450 in your pocket?
