Here is the link to the e-bay listing for the full description:
(271518137388)
As add suggests acquired in a house clearance and is in surprisingly good condition but don't have the time to spend on it. I have had the car running but it is very clear the pump fuel pump isn't working, the car runs sweet as.
Open to offers really would like either something on the road, quad or some sort of fun buggy, may even consider a fishing boat.
Message me and I'll get back to you.

It may help if you wrote this thead a little better and posted some photos. Also delete all the bumps in this thread... If it needs a new petrol pump, why not fit one? It's not that big a job and it could be putting people off.

I agree, why haven't you put a fuel pump on this and taken it for an MOT? a friend of mine is looking for a 924 so i keep coming across this but imo its not worth the effort when it has these things that could easily be addressed to help move it on. Seeing it running or having a bit of paper saying what might need doing makes it a lot less of a risk for him. In comparison last summer i bought my 924s for similar money to this with an MOT etc and then spend a few hundred on a cambelt/water pump etc.

Cheers for the comments and I hear what you're saying but haven't got time or interest with the car. I purchased on impulse, first offer of £600 takes it. It looks pretty good underneath from what I can see would make a good starting project for someone.

I agree, but I heard the fuel pump job is quite tricky. I can't say that i've done a fuel pump on a 924, but I'm sure it would be pretty much the same as a 944? I think it's under the tank and basically a simple unbolt and replacement. Check out this link for how it's done. www.clarks-garage.com/pdf-manual/fuel-10.pdf I think even the not very experienced home mechanic could do this? An hour or two's labour to get the car sold, or keep dropping the price till someone rips you off? I know what I'd do.

Still available first £500 takes it.
It isn't the fuel pump, it is a loss of power from the relay to the pump, a break in the circuit somewhere.
