Price - £3995
So, I bought this Buggy last April to get it MOT`d etc and sold the same year. That never happened, and it`s been sat in my unit since. I took it out a few weeks ago, and have had a few small bits and bobs done for the MOT, which it has now passed so is tested until 29/05/15. It starts first time, without fail and runs superbly. It`s a touch anti social with regards to the noise levels, so it`s not the type of thing you want to be starting at 5am in your quiet cul-de-sac. It gets a LOT of attention, and is fun to drive.
I have a good folder full of history with this, going back a number of years. I shows it has been well looked after, and going by the MOT history check, has been off the road since 2006. It was actually magazine featured around ten years ago also, and I have a copy of this which will go with the buggy. I have had a fair few bits and pieces done to the buggy, including new fuel lines, new starter motor, axle gaiters, two small patches of welding, literally 50p sized, new ball joints, CD player and speakers, rebuilt carb and a full service including plugs etc.
I`ve put a couple of Beach Buggy fibreglass seats in too. The other bucket seats which were in previously sat far too high IMO and made the car difficult to drive. The current seats are actually pretty comfortable, certainly more so than they appear to be. Tyres are all, wheels are pretty rare, so I`ve been told.
I do have the weather gear, however this would need a fair bit of work as it`s split down almost every seam. Why anyone would want weather gear for a beach buggy is beyond me though I`m afraid. I`d not drive it in the rain, and if you`re on the beach, it`s likely at some point you`ll get too close to the water, and get a little damp!
I`ll be listing it on the usual places later this week. The price here included a nice bit of RR discount too.
Come and take a look, ask for more pictures, ask whatever questions you have. I can arrange delivery if needed, and can take credit/debit cards as payment to make things easier.
Here`s a few snaps taken earlier today;
