	Might be going down to Barcelona next month and I was looking for something car related to get me out of the tourist routine a little. It's surprisingly hard to tap into the car scene of a foreign country! So here I am, asking...is there anything motor related in Catalonia? Any local meets or modified car scene? Not looking for anything life changing, just a bit of local petrol head culture. All I can really find online is this, which might be worth a look.... From here- Speedhunters

	Being to Barcelona a few times and can't even remember seeing many nice cars, most of battered. Can recommend the world trade fair cable car ride as something a littje different to do. The enchanted fairy bar by the wax works is also an experiance

	When I went there 20 years ago (seems like a long time when I write it down!) there were lots of SEAT 600s (Fiat copies) on the streets, and quite a few older (70s- early 80s) French cars too. I don't think there was much of a car culture there though. I'd guess most of the older cars were kept going through necessity rather than choice. I bet most of hem are gone now. Bikes of all sorts, from scooters to Harleys to modern sports bikes, seemed very popular from what I can recall, so if they float your boat you might find something interesting. It's a wonderful city in any case.

	Stiges-Terramar is on my list of places I must do... If I was in the area I would find a way of going to take a look.
