Hello the rubbers which go over front suspension legs the ones which go inside the springs one has a small split are they a mot fail I need to get car on road I will replace them when I get the time its just the list of jobs are growing thanks in advance.

There's the dust cover over the top of the shock absorber or the rubber bump stop often built into the top of the strut. Neither of those are a fail.
To save us guessing a picture would be worth a thousand words here

Thanks lads it is the dust cover that has small tear in it and its a mk4 escort cheers
