sorry has been covered before, but has anyone had any experience of buying from ebay.de and getting parts couriered over here? ive been trying to get a few rough prices off companies buy it all seems to be sending from uk to germany and not other way round.

Yeah, I've bought items from eBay.de and not had a problem...it was quite a while ago though. I don't think you'll have a problem buying from the site, it's the seller who you may have trouble with?

noone i found so far seems to be offering international postage, ive sent a few messages using google translate, I'm just wondering about the courier situation, and if anyone has any reccomendations.

I found that hardly any sellers on eBay.de offer international postage, but if you email them (they usually have a good grasp of English....much, much better than my German!), most are happy to send items to the UK

^^^ what he said although you might check out the pony express board as I think one member does Germany to UK quite regularly so you may be able to get stuff sent to them then pick it up in the UK

I have ordered stuff from Germany, all arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Also, all the German partners have been speaking english very well.
