C63 AMG has the best engine/exhaust noise EVER. Was at the top of my lottery wishlist until I realised you can't get one with a proper gearbox. |

Yeah these sound awesome, I used to get overtaken by one of these on the motorway every morning, you could hear it coming up behind you from about half a mile away, used to make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up as it came past, awesome. Brave doing that to one though. |

Work with someone who owns one of these and have been for a spin!
Just incredible cars inside and out. So quiet and refined till the foot goes down. Believe they don't do the 6.3 anymore, reduced to 5L or something smaller I believe?

the C63 was always a 6.2 V8 n-a engine, 480bhp +
E63 started off with the 6.2 but ended up with a 5.5 twin turbo v8.

 That's a hell of a thing, though I'm struggling to get my head around how will look when done, as there already seems to be a lot of sticky-outy bits. I'm sure, however, that if the chap has the gentleman spheres to cut up a C63, he also knows what he's doing. Chris |

Awesome, although I cannot fathom how such an expensive car warrants being a donor - as said it looks to be in great condition?
However I'd do the same if I had the money - why not!!!
