There's a place that will smooth the sidewall of any tyre and paint them on, too. I'll see if I can dig out their details later. I would probably go this route as I like decent rubber.  You always used to be able to get red band flaps, too. |

Just this morning i ordered a set of red band inserts. £37.50 from Bravado Automotive. Might be the way to go to try the look out. Ithought i'd go for them becaose white walls or bands might be white overkill on mine!
Their add states colourwall, so they might be able to get em in different colours too. Wish i'd had that thought earlier i might have ordered blue one to go with my interior.

Got the red band inserts yesterday morning, great service! Here's a trial fit on one of the tyre that need replacing, fitting seemed easy enough, not blown the tyre back up yet though. I think its going to look pretty cool. Getting new tyres fitted monday so will update my readers rides when they are all on.  |
