Well due to the stupidity of my Insurance company (and the fact its not being used), time to sell the Polo.
Bought as a second car for the wife while her Scenic was off the road as she can only drive an Auto, and its performed faultlessly.
Has not been used for about a month, but had intended to take my Saab off the road and insure the Polo, however the Insurance company wont change the policy to the Polo, but would quote me for a new policy (Thanks Adrian Flux )
Pics below are from when I bought it, but its not changed and I'll get some fresh ones up if anyone is interested.
Bad Points:
Starting to go a bit crusty round the rear arches.
Starter motor occasionally makes a whine for a second after the car has started. Not every time, and the car always starts.
Possible leak in the vacuum hoses for the central locking. Pump in the boot continues to run for a while after the car is locked, also sometimes there is not enough pressure to lock the passenger door.
Only 1 key
No tax
Good Points.
Not VW for the later ones, but service history fully stamped up. (lots of receipts, All old MOTS etc)
Cam belt has been done, but cant find the invoice in the recipts at the moment.
Starts every time, drives really nicely with no whines or noises (apart from starter motor as above)
Great engine and gearbox.
Electric Windows
Sony CD Player
VERY tidy interior - (Actually cleaner than the wife's Scenic)
Good tread on all the tyres.
Sills have been repaired previously. (Not the neatest repair, but now good solid metal on both sides)
MOT Till 06/02/2014.
Rear Parking Sensors Retro fitted by previous owner. (God knows why as its such a small car, but they do work)
Can be seen running and moved a short distance on the drive, but proof of Insurance etc if you want to take it for a spin. (no objections to you taking it for a drive, but YOUR call re the Insurance etc)

Any questions drop me a pm.
