Melton Vintage Rally, yeah, pictures

Yeah, it was really nice.
Took many many pictures of the Avenger Tiger, to get some reference points to straighten mine out.
Also, to see how the throttle linkage works on the webbers, as the stromberg equipped cars work completely differently

I saw a Hunter yesterday, a sort of pistachio shell beige, far more basic than that one. Had all it's innocence and really took me into another time zone! It was all window and no headrests, from an era when you could see the driver completely from any angle.. until a modern car driver spoiled it by joining him on the junction and subsequently sitting on his back bumper.
