I'm looking for the thread about cleaning rust from parts using a tank of stuff connected to a battery charger and some magic happens and stuff comes out looking new! Know the one I mean? Can someone post a link and can someone also please eolve the search function problems? Thank you lovely people.  |

Yes! I seem to remember a longer thread than that and different members posted up they're efforts? Is there another? Is your search working cos mine just says "OOps connection error".

I know this might sound a bit silly but go onto burnerworld or radbmx. Old school bmx are worth a fortune and theres a lot of guys restoring bmx frames and parts in acid baths and the like. you will probably find a couple of other techniques to try.
