Hi Folks,
Up for sale is my VW Passat 1.8 20v Sport!
This is a fantastic, reliable car and will be an absolute bargain for the new owner.
MOT: March 2014! Unfortunately no tax (just expired end of May so it is now SORN).
It starts first time every time and runs very well with no untoward noises, it pulls well through the gears and each gear selects with ease. There is comprehensive service history, which includes receipts and 14 stamps in the service book, including a documented timing belt change. Current mileage is 170,000 miles. Just noticed today as well that the back-box is blowing slightly also.
The interior of the car is in excellent condition throughout with no rips or tears in the trim or on the dash. There is a stereo fitted with 6 disc multi-changer, air conditioning, 4 x electric windows, central locking. Being the Sport model it also has sports style seats and the sports steering wheel (as found in the Golf GTi).
Exterior of the car is in excellent condition for age and mileage and looks very presentable when washed and polished; fitted with Passat Sport alloy wheels it looks very smart, however there is some paint peel on the bonnet (pictured) and this is reflected in the advertised price.
Cracking car this and would keep it if I hadn't just bought an E46 BMW to use daily...will be a cheap, reliable runner for somebody.
£430 o.n.o seems fair to me?
