Early MPV... Mk1 Nissan Prairie, Honda Shuttle, Mk1 Espace..

I don't know about the others, but M10 Prairies occasionally turn up but they are definately getting rare now. I've not seen one on ebay for a while and often when they have popped up in the past, they have been converted for a wheelchair to go in the back.
The good news is that they still don't make a lot of money so should you find one, the chances are it'll not be too pricey.

Things to look for. Watch out for rot in the fuel filler neck. It's very long and mud collects around the upper part which then causes it to rust through both the inner arch and the pipe itself. If that happens you end up with water going in the tank. The rear suspension bushes are quite special and possibly unobtainable by now. That said, my current M10 has done over 150k and they are still ok. Tired engines can be an issue on high mileage cars. At 150k the valves were no longer sealing and it needed a top end overhaul. The engine isn't the same as a Bluebird. The bottom end is but the head is like those on RWD CA powered Nissans (such as the S12 Silvia). They sometimes have tired tailgate struts which are pretty large so maybe hard to find new ones.

Lowering is a little awkward due to their wierd torsion bar rear end but still do-able. PCD is 114.3 so lots of wheel choices and plenty of options for making them fast too.

Generally though, these things are mega reliable. I get about 35mpg from mine which isn't too bad and it's very good for hauling bikes!
