Just testing the water at the moment, as just got a dog so probably going to have to get an Estate as a replacement for my Saab 9-5.
Will get some pics up, but information as below. Not the best car by a long shot, but not the worst either.
Saab 9-5 Aero HOT.(52 plate)
267,000 (not a typo, but still going strong)
Full heated leather, front and rear.
Electric Front Seats.
Fully working SID, no missing pixels.
Sunroof (Quite rare I believe)
No warning lights on dash
Rear Parking sensors
Xenon Headlamps
9 months MOT
Bad points:
Main "fault" is an issue with the gearbox. Selects all the gears fine if you are going up the gears, but will not go from 4th to 3rd, refuses to select. 2nd to 3rd, 3rd to 4th is fine, its purely 4th to 3rd.
I did buy a second hand Aero gearbox to cure this, but never fitted it as you'd be surprised how infrequent 4th to 3rd isits really easy to work round it.
Basically just go from 4th to second when coming up to a junction, or even 4th to 2nd keeping the clutch down, and then 2nd to 3rd.
Missing front passenger fog light.
Normal associated dents/scratches with a car that's done this mileage.
Passenger window popped of its runners in the cold snap a few months back. Hopefully will sort this out the weekend as the motor still works, just starts to drop the window at a
Only one key.
Ideally looking for a BMW E39, but get back to me if you have anything of interest.
Thanks for looking
