Howdy fellas!!
Been a long long time since I've been on here due to laptop trouble and general life trouble and whatnot. But I'm glad to say I'm back!!
Have some pics as thanks for being such a great forum ;D
Meet the fleet as it currently stands!
Starting off with the newest member. . .
Mk2 1980 Transit with a 1.8l NA Toyota diesel engine. Nauseatingly slow is an understatement!!But it gets me to work and back so can't complain
Short term plan is to fit a 2.5 Di engine and box.Long term plan is to turn it into a recovery truck
The King!!!!1980 Land Rover Series 3. My fave by far! SORN'd last week and missing it terribly but there is a good reason!
Soon to get a 200TDi,rebuilt 'box with O/D,parabolic springs,all new brakes,power steering,new tyres etc!How soon is anyone's geuss though!!
The Kool Kruiser 1971 Triumph 1360
Used to belong to my best mate but he thought he wasn't using it enough so I stepped in to keep it in the family.
Need to get that roof off though!
Needs some TLC really(bushes, shocks, box rebuild etc) but since it's still drivable I just wind the stereo up,slip on the Aviators and feel gooooooood!! ;D
The Beast 19something Ford Capri
All primed, just need to get it painted and put the engine back together.Got a mild 2l Pinto to go in with bikecarbs and a SC box for now but long term plans include twice as many cylinders
The Hoonigan 1975 Ford Escort
Bought in Feb for norra-lorra money.Apart from the smashed face and some rust in the front corners of the sills,it's pretty sound.Rear arches especially are amazing!
So plan is get it repaired, lowered and poly bushed, slip in a 1.8l Pinto I have lying around and go have some fun
And finally these 2. . .
Just waiting!
Forgot to get a pic of the usual daily, poor thing!
It's a 1974 Mini which is currently having the engine lightly breathed upon and some basic mods to the front suspension.hilos and polybushes namely.
Hope you like 'em and feel free to comment at will
