ok with regrets I'm thinking of selling the firenza. ive had it for 6 years now and I'm not going to get it finished. its a jan 74 model , which started as a 1800 but since fitted a 2300 engine. bodywise its very tidy with the rear arches repaired to a great finish. need the front wings doing and the brakes sorting. ive no idea what to ask for it and was hoping id get some ideas on here.

you'd better provide a lot more info if you want advice on what it's worth.

ok its a 74 1800 sl with a 2.3 fitted, currently non runner but the issue is the timing and bad fuel. new calipers fitted on the front and pipes, front wings at the back where the mudflaps were fitted need repair. very straight car. black vynl roof and mettalic blue in colour. three owners from new, two family memebrs and me. ws laid up in the late eighties early ninteys. need about 2 - 3 weeks worth of work to get mot ready. there are pics on the readers rides section in past and present pics. needs exhaust sorting and brakes bleeding. like i said ive no idea what to advertise it at and need advice.

pics would be good as i haven't seen the ones you mention. but anyways. non running but complete? (you don't mention interior) firenze coupe's gotta be min £500 and max £1200? maybe more depending on how good it looks. just my thoughts. there's plenty of HC guys on here who'll chime in if they see this. i thought the 1800 firenza was pretty rare? might be worth a lot more with the correct engine...? if it really does just need brakes and fresh fuel and timing seting up to get it up and running your best off doing that and MOTing it surely? hope this helps? i do really, really like these by the way

as been said to you many times on your build thread,(page 12 readers rides),don,t sell it now, you have put to much quality work into it,remember next year it will be tax exempt,in the current market you would be lucky to get £1500 for it,it,s worth so much more.
