I'm trying to come up with a brake conversion using easy to find bits, and i need a catalogue that lists PCDs and bell depths ( ) as well as diameters and thicknesses- particularly for larger american stuff that is available off the shelf over here, like jeeps- grand cherokee, etc. my google-fu is failing me though, can anyone oblige with a link? I'm specifically looking for 11'+ diameter discs with 5x127/5x5" pcd.

www.brakeparts.co.uk have an excellent online catalogue and has detailed brake disc dimensions. No PCDs listed but you have to search by car model, so that info can be found elsewhere. I've ordered from them before and their service is excellent. I had to find pads for my Mazda 929 wagon after numerous factors gave me the wrong parts. Brakes International's online dimensions made sure I got the right ones at last.

If you ask at your local motor factor you should be able to get an old disc brake reference book. Very usefull when you're looking for discs for conversions
I've got a couple of old reference books (brakes, radiators etc) as they were getting board of me asking questions about dimensions.

Have an engineering diagram of the Jeep Grand Cherokee WG/WJ brake disc: The Brembo brake catalogue is great for things like this. ;D

The Brembo one is very handy, mostly because everywhere else will tell you the 'disc depth' but they're not clear about where it's measured from, and without the face thickness it can be unclear how it'll sit even if they do tell you where the figure comes from. It's definitely my 'go-to' for disc sizing now.
