As the title says Film 4 are showing Vanishing Point on Friday 1st March,the Challenger from this film always get's mentioned in "best car from a film" type threads. If you haven't seen it the story is An ex Cop/Racing driver bets that he can deliver a supercharged Dodge Challenger from Denver to San Francisco in 15 hours.

i got this on dvd, and was sooooooo disappointed after all the hype you hear, yeah theres good car bits but on the whole dull,. i would not stay up to watch.
but a much better film and one i recommend if you get a chance is...............
DIRTY MARY CRAZY LARRY
great story from start to finish and a fab lime green charger.

Dirty Mary crazy Larry is a great film also. You always seemed to be a able to randomly catch films like these fairly regularly late at night but these days they seem to be getting shown less and less  |

I watched it. I was also disappointed.
There were a few good bits though, and the Charger sounded superb.
