Right so after being dicked around for a month the buyer has finally pulled out. Price dropped to £1500-Price is FIRM. Car is very securely garaged in London, Islington, N1 3AL. This has left me MASSIVELY IN THE curse word as I leave to go back to Vietnam on Monday the 5th November, therefore the car needs to be sold before then. No tax but I can tax at your expense. MOT until August 2013 - passed without a single advisory at the time of this advert (chassis is clean with no rust at all with only a small repair on the sill which has been done some time ago) 1.3l + 5 speed box Replacement headlight Lowering springs on the front New Lowering blocks on the back Replacement exhaust manifold New exhaust rubbers Taken off a few bits off to cosmetically clean up, repaint and refit like bumper mounts, spare wheel cage, rear vents etc. Engine serviced New pressed aluminium number plates and clip in surrounds Fairly new tyres all round including the spare Fairy new front brakepads and disks 2 previous owners, only time its ever been on a motorway was when we drove it home! ONLY JUST TICKED OVER 70'000 MILES!!! More pictures here: s343.photobucket.com/albums/o455/QuackShotDamo/DX/No swaps or P/X unless it's something that will fit in my suitcase.

Hope you get it sorted mate, time wasters are a major pain in the . Out of interest was it someone Fein thus site? No, it was ebay. After stringing me along for a month he had the audacity to ask for his deposit back. Normally I'd be a bit more accommodating but regardless of his personal situation I've sat on the car for a month which costs me £50 and now I leave the UK in a few days... not really given me much time to find an alternative solution.

IMO the car is great, price is good, but buying a buyer with £1500 to spend at such short notice will be tough.
Good luck with the sale and a free bump though.

Can I just point out that I don't actually need the money, it's more of the fact it's gonna sit in a garage I need to pay a fair amount each month to rent while I'm abroad working for 3-6 months. The price I've advertised it is super cheap to try and drum up a buyer fast. So far I've had people offer a fraction of the already low asking price as if they're doing me a favour!?
Currently talking with a friend who will take charge of it and advertise it at an increased price which he thinks is much nearer to its actual value... basically it wont be £1500 for much longer.

So are you asking for offers in excess of £1500 now? I hate to say it but if you cannot sell it for the asking price now, how do you expect to sell it for more???

No, While I am HERE in the country for the next few days it will be £1500. I never said its offers, I said its £1500 FIRM (no offers).
Once I leave the UK-THEN the price will go up and a new advert will be placed. I've offered it cheap as I wanted to sell it BEFORE I leave... once I'm gone whats the rush? I was never selling it for the money, I was selling it for the space and the peace of mind. Problem?
