I've just spent the last hour or so reading through the whole thread and the attention to detail and the quality of the build is simply staggering, it genuinely will be amazing once its all finished - if he stops changing his mind

don't click the link if you are planning on doing anything! Yeah, I clicked the PH link about 3 hours ago and have just finished. A seriously impressive build - huge attention to detail and build quality.

I didn't think people willing to blow big money on show cars still existed. It's gonna be awesome, not seen somebody go so far into a project like that ever. Most would make a track car, or make it fast, but to make it go fast, go round corners, have enough gadgets to shame a brand new car, an awesome sound system and a stunning interior takes some serious dedication, especially on a Mk3 Fiesta.

I had one of those, a 1.6 Si, but it was a shed. What he's done is taken a good one (not many left) and transform it money no object, into exactly the car he wants. I love that. Taylor made by him, for him. Fantastic.

Mark is a friend of mine, and so talented. Madly he has no intention of showing it loads, and genuinely doesnt seem worried about features etc. He just wants to build the ultimate Fiesta for him. Defo going to be the best Fiesta when its done, which I don't think is going to be too long now.

But it's still only a Ford Fiesta! Or am I missing the point?

But it's still only a Ford Fiesta! Or am I missing the point? I kind of see where you are coming from, but i suppose its whatever floats your boat. Now if he done it to something like a R32 GTR or MK1 escort golf the budget would have to be 6x more I would expect (and the rest) I was shocked by the workmanship, that really is amazing work, cant believe he cut all the panels off and started again lol! Basically he buys a Fiesta, sorts all the rot by adding new panels, adds 500bhp engine, modifies suspension and brakes massively to cope, adds a super luxurious interior with loads of extra gadgets. It's gonna be awesome.

He also has his own website, with past project cars like a E46 M4, Audi S4 and other cars(including a MK3 Fiesta with Golf R32 floor pan that didnt get finished). I suppose it'll be his ideal car and is a great exercise to use his 'very' talented skills.
I think regardless of it being 'Just a Fiesta'. Its still awesome to read and follow, not many people like him around.
