is ilkeston far for you ? I'm just about to give up 3 garages and a yard for at least 10 cars its 100 per month no power but just get a silent generator

they are bigger than a single garage 1 is brick built and the other 2 are brezze block all 3 have up and over doors the yard is a very very good size, i just cant afford it no longer  |

My caravan is inside secure storage on the west side of Derby (off A 50). Was a former chicken farm so has long low buildings with concrete floor, half height block walls, plastic sheet 'windows' and wooden roof. Bit dusty and bl**dy cold in winter but there is electric. It is a large open building divided into bays by the roof supports but there is enough room for the caravan. Some people have put boarding around their bay with doors - others use a gazeebo tent to separate their bit. Various cars stored there and a few are being worked on but as I say with it being such a large shed there's no chance of getting any heat into it so I would say it's best for storage and only occasional work in the summer !!
