Are they bonded on, or clipped in? As Bortaf said, take loads of phots from different angles, that's the only way I can think of.
1) If they're stuck on, you can buy rolls of double-sided trim adhesive, Halfrauds do it.
2)If it's clipped on, buy new clips from places like.....Halfrauds. I'm no blue oval expert but I'd imagine all the early Fords have good parts support, try Ford part sites and Ford forums etc. If you can't get the clips, use number 1.

Stick on then, heat them with a hair dryer and peel off very carefully and try not to kink them, I doubt ford will still carry them, thier support for parts over 8-10 years old is wibblepoo to say the least, Ml1 festa is on the microcat system so finding the part numbers should be easy, i can find the trims on MC there are 3 differant types of trim, chrome76-83, grained and plain81-83 LH and RH £17ish for the rear quater ones, £7-£12 for the doors and £6-£14 for front wing but some versions have no price which usually meens not available and not been for a while, my MC is 2002 so i doubt the have got any less rare so be carefull removing them Heat the panel and the double sided tape before applying preferabley do it on a hot day, it makes quite a differance to how well it all sticks
