Hi All!
Quick history,
Took a chance on a cheap '94 TDI Avant advertised on here requiring fuel pump. (Indeed it did need a new one)
Fuel pump replaced.... not the source of woes, it now seems there's nothing mechanically wrong with the car however it wont start.
So after much digging into the history of early Audi diagnostics code extraction I managed to glean the following codes and their respective components from various VAG related internet sources....
2234 - ECM supply voltage
2323 - VAF, Volume Air Flow Sensor
Two more codes; 2311 and 2133 I couldnt find the meaning of.
Also, 2213... Couldnt find this code either but I think it relates to the crank/speed sensor.
Having done some research into these it looks to me like either the ECU or a relay relating to the ECU is the culprit but that's where I come unstuck! There's a lot of references to relay 30 or 109, but cant find these on my car so guessing they are engine specific...
Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially if you've seen this sort of thing before!
Many thanks in advance!
Update, here she is looking all pretty....but currently immobile
