The Garage (the tv prog about the Scots guy in Spain) had one of those on the show the other day. Suspension is Citroen, and indeed that is what they were fixing. Bloke lobbed in a new sphere, bounced the car up and down a bit, job jobbed.
Someone else told me that the brakes on these can be BIG trouble.
Great looking car BTW, hope it doesn't give you too many headaches.

Yes it is the same as Citroen, and the spheres will be being changed it just has an issue with the passenger side wheel kicking out. Its got massive camber. Doesn't look like its been doing it long as the tyre is fine? Wondering if the spheres could be causing that? It was a MASSIVE bargain so don't mind spending a few pennies on it to get it up to scratch. ~Lee

I have one of these on "the list". They seem to be excellent value at the moment

Excess negative camber on the rear of Citroens is normally caused by massive wear of the trailing arm bearings but I wouldn't have thought the RR uses trailing arms. The sphere alone wont affect camber, in fact I can't see any of the Citroen stuff changing the geometry (apart from ride height).

I would say bushes or control arm bent/incorrectly fitted.
Just cos its on the car it does not mean its the correct part...
Nice car all the same I wish I had the balls to buy something like that I'd have a 90's Bentley Turbo tomorrow.

Now i might be shooting myself in the foot here, but i seem to remember ( from when i did my training on these 26 years ago), that they are pretty much the same as the shadows etc as in that they have a subframe mounting the diff onto which the trailing arms mount. The brake and suspension pressure is provided from the two pumps on the top of the tappet chest ,one to the front and one to the rear. When any work is done regarding changing the fluid, there are two height control valves, one on each trailing arm that are disconnected and manually moved to raise and lower the suspension to bleed it one side at a time, if the car is sitting low on the same side this is where i would start. From recall, there are stonking great bushes on the trailing arms which themselves are pretty chunky. I think i have a Rolls handbook in the loft which shows the shadow set up, i'll go and have a look. Like i said at the beginning of this waffle, i could be wrong but i don't think so.
