With my international jet-set lifestyle I've noticed a car that I've fallen deeply in love with. But I think I'm the only one An early 1990s Chrysler Concorde was their 'mid-size' car, it's sort of a bigger version of the Dodge Neon that we had in Britain, but in the metal they look fantastic! If Buck Rogers was to buy a modernish car (obviously a 1960s Tatra would be his first choice) he'd get a Concorde. The ones I've seen run on really fat tyres, looking the complete opposite to 145s on 7 inch rims, but just as cool I found that the design was based on the Lamborghini Portofino concept car which is sex on 4 wheels for a big saloon car Chrysler facelifted the design in the late '90s, but the first series cars look the best by far. I've now shared the Chrysler love that dare not speak its name, my soul is cleansed. ;D All I have to do is STOP looking on ebay.com to see how cheap they are!

"A bit bigger than a Neon"
You seen a real one of these? LOL
Its a big car.
Its the "cab forward" design which they used on a number of cars on that / similar platform. I can never remember which ones are related to which as theres basically two sizes and three brands using each.
They are pretty decent cars. Standards of ride, reliability, performance, handling etc. all far better than the mush they were selling in the 80s. Randomly I saw one in a car park here about a week ago. I donlt think it was a Concord, it was a Dodge Stratus or Intrpid. I can;t recall which is the big one and which si the Sebring clone.
I always thought the Concorde was the "full size" car and the Sebring was the "mid size".
There was a New Yorker and LHS version as well (albeit slightly different again)
Thinking about it, it might have been a Chrysler LHS I saw.
Ultimate evolution of these was the 300M and those were cool.

The late 90s 300M looked great - I actually thought that generation of 300 looked nicer than the new one, which IMHO has the wrong proportions, with the small boot. Stretched ones look particularly weird - albeit better than the Town Car ones.
Of course the nicest 300s were the 'proper' ones - the letter cars from '55 to '65.

Damn, Concordes and 300M's are UGLY!
The long nose gave them an awful 'Barry Manilow' look, and the gaping maw of a grille made them look like a turbot on wheels.

I wouldn't put the K-car LeBaron down as one of the motoring greats, but it shares nothing of substance with the Neon or the larger/later cars anyway. The revised K platform which the Sebring and so forth are derived from got a lot of good reviews, although I have never driven one.
The "proper" LeBarron however, superb car! Mmmmmm Imperial.....

These look great, think I like the "pirhana teeth" one the best, but that friggin flag would have to take a one way trip to the cylindrical metal file under my desk. I like the gaping mouth one as well, looks like a basking shark. Also looks like a 4-door Jag XK8.

Well,I can't see anything wrong with it myself if a little bland but that could be said for a heck of a lot of cars, not just the Yanks. I'm sure RoboCop would be happy to drive that around. ;D

Aye, it wouldn't be my first choice, I wouldn't actively seek one out but if someone localish was flogging one cheap I'd be tempted as they are supposed to be a nice drive.

A bit bigger than a Neon would be a Plymouth Breeze, wouldnt it?
If I could ask a question to place this one in my mental Chrysler line-up, is this bigger or smaller than an Intrepid? My father-in-law has an Intrepid and while it's a nice enough car it's more than a bit wallowy.

Its an Intrepid with a nose job and some different trim IIRC.
