Tig welder in London/Surrey area

I've got an intercooler that I want to cut down as it's a bit too high for what I need. I can cut it down to the size I need but would need someone to do a decent job of Tig welding it back up - obviously it needs to be air tight and preferably very neatly done.
Is there anyone on here who would do it for me who is not too far away? I'm near Croydon in Surrey. Maybe someone who goes to the 8 Ball Diner meet?
Happy to pay the going rate for a proper job of course, I reckon it's a 2 hour job at most for someone who knows what they're doing. I'd rather not send it off somewhere due to the added costs involved.
