Definatley. They can rust badly but great old barges. Friend had a K reg 1.8 base model auto and later a S reg VX2300 5 speed. To us they were mini Yanks !

My mum had an FB Ventora,
Lovely old barge Six cylinder 3.3 and a TH350 (I think) slushbox in metalic greeny gold with a vynil roof
Unfortunately I was too young to inherit it.

FD Ventora I assume ;-) If it was the 3 speed auto thats a GM180 "Strasbourg" box in there. Earlier models have a Powerglide. And yes, buy the VX4/90. |
