here is a fiat strada 130tc abarth that I restored a couple of years ago
previous owner had this car for 18yrs and the car was took off the road in 1996 due to a new job and high miles every day,it was brought out of the garage and moted last yr this is when I brought the car.
the car has been stripped to a shell (engine was left in) and the inside of the door shuts and outside was painted in the original colour this was done due to the lacquer had come of the roof,bonnet and wings NOT due to rust!.due to the car being stored since 1996 there was minimal rust on the car just a couple of small blemishes from stone chips the sills are original and untouched! body is now near perfect
the interior was carefully removed and steam cleaned and a MINT drivers and passengers seats sourced (£500) there is not a mark on either one,no tears,rips,or burns perfect as new! interior still has its original glove box light and jack/handle all as it should be.parcel shelp original and uncut
all 4 wheels have just been fully polished at a cost of £200 plus new centre caps
as regards the engine a lot of time and money has been spent on the engine before it got took of the road (car has done hardly any miles since rebuild)
new 131 1600 pistons to raise cr to 10:1
new big end /main bearing shells
new columbo steel billet cams (69/29)
Had guy croft blueprint cyl head and fit 3 angled valve seats
34mm chokes to carbs and rejetted
painted engine,powder coated parts with all new hose clamps,fuel clamps,fuel lines plus a lot of the parts in the engine bay have been re-electro plated and a powder coated strut brace added.
Had it on a rolling road with 132bhp at the wheels and 165lbf of torque(print out says 190bhp at flywheel)
the car has just come back from avanti motorsport where frank gave it a once over and tuned the carbs this car is VERY,VERY quick for a 130 abarth
gearbox has been replaced for a low mileage unit which is perfect,no grinding or crunching inc reverse! and has correct fiat oil,a brand new clutch was fitted at the same time

new fuel lines,clamps
new hose clamps
replated parts/bolts in engine bay
comes with as new original fiat service manual

this abarth 130tc is in VERY good condition and has not been abused it has the rare 105tc rear spoiler,original glove box light,original jack and handle, as new rebuilt tuned engine,new clutch,low mileage gearbox,engine just been tuned by avanti,comes with abarth brochure,original abarth advert,and a file full of old reciepts and old MOTS.
