I've got a pair of grotty 911 rear lights (at least I'm honest). They are usable one lens is cracked, the bodies have corrosion, but considering just a lens for one of these is about £60 if you have an old 911 or a covin type kit car may be a cheap way to get proper rear lights for not a lot. These are from the circa 74-89 911, basically the SC was the mainstay of the models these were fitted to, in other words they won't fit early long bonnet 911s or the later 964 models.
I do have both lenses by the way.
Open to offers around £100 before I sling em on ebay.
Next up and this is a rare lot. Insanely rare.
MGB AEH770 full race camshaft. Original BMC special tuning cam. These original cams are without equal even now, for some reason even the copies of the original profiles just don't seem as good, it's not just me who says that, Dave Burgess is very vocal about them in his book on the B series. If I'm being critical, some of the journals and lobes have minor pitting. It is perfectly usable and indeed I have, I have had this cam for years and got it in this condition it's not deteriorated at all, I believe the pitting is most likely from poor casting than rust damage some bike engines have the same issue.
And!! A set of 1 3/4 HS6 carbs with the linkages and throttle cable plate which usually float off in to the ether and an allegedly brand new manifold again original BMC.
Just to put it in perspective the cam alone is worth circa £100 and the carbs would on a good day do £300ish on ebay.
£250 for the lot.
