help with finding a workshop in kettering

I know of a few places but they may be a little more than you want to pay......

First place is in Cross Street, used to be Kettering Compressed Air. Its a largish workshop big enough for 4 - 5 cars to work on with a good size yard - I was paying £350 a month but not sure what he charges now. I can message you the owners number if you want....

Other place is where I am now in Desborough, its a converted barn at a farm location, loads of parking, unit big enough for 3-4 cars, owner lives onsite so good security. Unit is really high too - about 25 foot so great if you want hoists and stuff. They're around £400 plus electric and about £50 towards his council rates.

To be honest I spent a lot of time looking and there was nothing suitable any cheaper - how about seeing if someone wanted to share?

I believe another unit is coming up at the farm - its a bit of an odd unit but is big enough for 5 /6 cars - has a large outside yard with it big enough for another 10 or so. Unit and yard is £500 with NO RATES to pay - me and the lad I share with may well be interested in subletting a large part of the yard from you though.......

it would be good to share a unit. my budget is not looking so good anymore. I can spend upto £250 per month.
