I have been reading Rob Grays blogs for a few years now and I thought Id link them here for your interest.
Rob is not only a bloody good photographer but also a very good writer. He has built two amazing housetrucks - the first based on a ex-army 6WD truck. His engineering is bloody amazing! All self taught as he was a computer geek before he and his wife sold the house, built the first truck and started travelling. Now they just seem to travels OZ taking photos it seems. The build blog of 'whatthehellizdat' alone is a great read.
Its a really good read. It will take time- don't rush it. Treat it like a good novel. Its a well laid out blog too I might add.
I'll put up a link here for the build on his first truck...
