I have acquired this seat for my Volvo 360 but due to buying the seat I initially wanted it is no longer required. As can be seen, it is made by OMP and embroidered with 'Renaultsport' lettering.
Official competition seat, which seems to come from a Clio Cup racer, it is well out of date now, but was at one time homolgated for race purposes.
3/4/5/6 point harness compatability
Side mounted, so it allows you to mount the seat at the desired height
'ears' for side impact protection with blind spot check holes
Removable cushion
Back and bottom section are attached with velcro so it's easy to clean
Would suit up to a 36" waist. That's what I am and it's tight but tolerable. My 34" waisted mate was about the same in it. You want to be held tight though! lol
Some light wear and tear, but bearing in mind this seat was homologated until 1999 means it was made in 1995! So it is in exceptional condition to be fair.
Ideal for track/drift action. It's nice and deep so will grip you far better than most. Would go well in a Renautl/ 16v converted Volvo 340 (the embroidery would have a purpose) lol
Looking for £150 posted.
Here's how the seat rails (side mounts) attach incase anyone is unfamiliar. The side mounts could be fitted to an adapted OE sliding subframe so the seat still moves.
(Side mounts not included.)
Below are some pics side by side with my Cobra to give you a better idea of the OMP (seeing as the Cobra's are ten a penny lol).
I have knocked up a table showing the dimensions of them both. I measured the OMP in the same areas as the Cobra as there doesn't seem to be any charts from OMP themselves.
