I fancied a drive out somewhere today and looking on the web I saw that The Aston Martin Owners Club were holding a sprint at Curburough so headed off up the A38 from Bromsgrove through Brum and up to Lichfield. It was actually quite a nice drive especially through the tunnels under Brum,if only I hard a roarty sounding car.
It was only a small turn-out which was a little disappointing but still worth a visit just to see and hear such glorious cars being driven to the limit.
As I turned into Curborough this beauty greeted me.A Lagonda somethingorother.
Then on to the pits.
There were also a few Austin Healeys there.
More Astons.
A very shiny 100/4.
This for me was the car of the meet and lived up to it's name,The Green Monster.
Well that's about it.I did take a few action shots but as they were taken with a point'n'click camera they're not up to much but here's the photobouquet link for those with good eyesight.
