No, not that kind of S-T-R-E-T-C-H This is the front: This is the back: Then it’s got this bit in the middle: Rover 827 Stretch – low mileage but hard worked. It was converted by McNeilly’s from new and went to work for the Co-OP. Needs attention to some of the exterior trim and a repaint (thanks to scum who live in one of the local ponds throwing battery acid over it) It belongs to a friend of mine and joins a Rover collection which includes a 75 and (my old) 1960 Rover 100 P4. Some more pics:

Needs 19" rims and rubber bands, followed by a light stick tap. I'm glad I wasn't the only one thinking this! Longbridge VIP FTMFW!!!!!!!! Although it might have the be a heavy tap with "the stick"

These Rovers were big as standard, I seem to remember that the rover that my folks had (820Si) was just over 16 feet long! it rolled like a trawler and went like stink (for a 16 foot long hatchback barge)..
this really needs lowering, possibly on air ride as I can imagine it getting beached on speed bumps........
