Was talking to my brother over the weekend an had one of them conversations were we just talking an then a mad idea came along an just seams like a win!
What i have in my brothers garage is a cream cracked 1996 fiat punto [bo]selecta or auto to those not in the know in faded red
an most of a floorpan still attached to it.
I know it's a bad combo but rather than get rid my brother said why don't we do somthing fun with it?
He said we could repaint it to look like an italian police car!
And to be honest I'm liking the idea though not sure if i can acutally do it with my [lack of] skill's.
Now I'm sure i'd seen on here before a fiat cinquecento done the same. But anyhow it would need repainting pale blue before any graphics etc could be applied.
I'm pretty limted on budget too so a proper respray is right off limt's plus I'm out of work at the mo. Hopefully my mate can take care of the welding on the cheap so any advice on handpainting this heap to a reasonable standard would be good an how much paint, brushes, prep materials i would need etc to do it and what type of paint to use.
Would replace one of the front wings as it's a mess so was thinking i cold practice on that 1st before i risk making this car worse. ;D
Any advice much appricated though I'm not 100% this will actually happen as i said it's just an idea at the mo but i think it be great if i could do it. Cheer's.
