Steel Blue is a nice colour, I had a squareback one. Superlights will be cool Nice to see a mk3 that's not ratty or wearing ATS.

That Bora front'd mk4 belongs to a local chap. The headlights aren't blacked out any more (they were pretty awful as headlights) and it's on different wheels now, looks just as awesome though. Looks like it was just the headlight protectors that were blacked out. Saw this one another forum

Someone has fitted a lid to the glovebox, the Genesis didn't have one when new.

Me and the missus want to move house early next year so no wild car purchases will be made.
I'm going to sell my van and buy a nice low mile late model K11 as a daily and a mk3 Polo to build for the track.

When I had the G40 advertised on Pistonheads I got an email from an English lad in New Zeland and he was interested but wasn't due home for a few months and he'd check if I still had it when he got home. I wasn't pushing the sale so forgot about him.
2 months later I get an email he is home early and can I pick him up from Glasgow Airport on saturday, he bought the car and headed for the motorway and he was on his way to Guildford, I got a text from him when they stopped at night to ask how to work the radio lol

If it's a rust free GSI shell, sell it on, loads of shagged GSI's about and buy a 1200 Corsa probably be cheaper and definately easier in the long run.

Photos I took at the McRae Gathering in Lanark. Colin's Series McRae Driven by his dad, Jimmy Colin's 22B I'd happily have a nice Classic or a Bug Eye if I didn't do so many miles.
