Thanks for the link terraroot, i'll have to check that out I got the block and barrel back in, and I am now just waiting on the higher compression copper head gasket. After thats arrived its plain sailing to put it back together (hopefully ) That exhaust is joined to the header aswell, so i'll have to get some pics up Thanks

A 125 would be really cool in that, those pics look awesome. Are you definately going for a dio engine? I was thinking, if you wanted something really quick you could use a 85 or a 65 motocross engine My kx85 puts out 30bhp ( ) and I'm sure they cuoold be de-tuned for road use? Still though, if not, that 125 dio engine swap sounds really good ! Good luck with whatever you do with it

Well I'm just going to use this thread as a tuning one instead. Finally got a carb ordered, as the 1970's honda ones seem like a a real load of curse word Its a Genuine Mikuni Vm22, £20 brand new. Also, I was bored at the workshop, so I fabbed up a chavvy exhaust rear section, wich I think painted in hi-temp black with laquer should look really cool next to the chrome shocks ;D The bare end is the part that joins to the header, just under the footpeg, and the end will come up near the shock. Finally, there is a certian look I'm going for, and I don't really know what its called. Y'know, blacked out wheels with big tyres, and all that. Who knows, I might even extend the swinger a bit So heres a picture of what I mean. The bikes actually a CG110. Any ideas for tuning or making it look better are welcome

Thanks guys, that saved me alot of money (i thought it would fit, and waws planning on getting one! :L) So, i think ill stck to tuning the ol' 125. I'm currently makiing a new megaphone exhaust with some specs i found on a tuning site, so it should be nice and torquey What is a safe commpression ratio for the 125, and whats the best way to go about increasing it? Base gasket or head gasket? thanks

Awesome work man! in the first pic on page 9 it looks like the spoiler extends all the way to the window end of the boot, or is it just me?

I was just wondering if anyone can explain the different types of rear suspension to me, and how the different types need different types of axles and all that, just the basics really.
THanks
