I've been getting fed up with the painty flaky rocker cover. I have 2, one in a box and one in the car. I found someone with a blasting cabinet. I bribed him. Then And after some paint... Hopefully it won't flake off. I guess I should tidy the engine bay. Sent from my hayfever has started already using proboards

It could be considered as such but we were fully equipped to manufacture bacon sarnies and tea.
I think a pub stop at this stage may have required much refreshment and an overnight stay.

Hey look. We still have this and today, in pre celebration of forthcoming events and because it's good Sunday or whatever, we went to Salisbury Plain. Still running the same set of KL71 copies, still the BP+2 suspension kit only really new thing is the huge intercooler liberated from a scrap discovery I bought. Modified the rear step a bit.... Almost looks rescuable. Where are you?
I don't really want it as it's not digital dash enough but might be able to direct someone in need.

Well here's the thing. I changed the front inserts today (with some help due to my stupid spine). I'm now rocking a full set of Kayabas finest shock absorbers. Gas at the back (fnar fnar) and regular oil at the front. What a difference. The adjustables will be going on fleabay as I would feel bad if I didn't give someone else the opportunity to completely ruin their cars ride and handling. No longer does it scuff the arches, bottom out or lurch round corners. No more graunching noises or protestations about steering or actual suspensiony stuff. It's like a new car. I can go round corners really fast now. Unfortunately it's now so quiet, the rattles and squeaks from the parcel shelf are a bit annoying. Sent from my word, there's still space for a couple more cars using proboards

They were awful. It sounded and felt like the car was going to rip into pieces and traversing speed humps was not nice.
This one is quite low too but for my use the old one I had with the Peter Maiden set up in it was perfect.
I would imagine the Spax would be good in a perfectly smooth track with nice flowing corners. Not good for road use.

Today I have replaced the godawful Spax adjustables on the rear with a pair of KYB gas shocks. The difference is amazing. Looking forward to getting the front done too.

If these are the same as RC090, style 5 then yes, I have 4 8 inch and would like a staggered set. Happy to send the best 2 as I need to have a refurb anyway.
