if there room for bigger tyres no, if there's no room yes..
bit of an open question, which car is it, the renault of the granny?
the 195's have a lower sidewall than the 205's so acceleration will suffer

top left pair looks like VW santana, number on them should start with 32 allthough there's been loads more with similar lights in the 80's, what's the manufacturer? Slamtana Nope, no screws and indicators are much bigger than the reverse lights.. Ventora FE (do they have rounded off indicator lenses???) Capri MK2 Not this one.... to conclude, most likely Ventora

Bergrennen A112 nice zagato A112 rallye Rallye Fulvia antoher rallye fulvia another A112 rallye beta ingrale in the 2008 ADAC rallye full albums at picasaweb.google.com/berendd

first = choke second = throttle third = can't see properly, might be fuel or coolant (to stop carb freeze)

got some pics of it on my picasa: picasaweb.google.com/berendd/BergrennenTrier#This Iveco put down some drifts to entertain the public ;D very nice renault alpine was competing well. NSU TT cup was quite spectacular This porsche is still one of my bergrennen favourites. This 911 was pushing quite hard in one of the hardest curves. Nice Volvo PV Even a passat screaming up the hill, quite an unusual choice of competition car. Kadett GT/E sounded awesome. I like those little italians another kadett.. more pics on the picasa site above.. some movie links of other spectators: enjoy

I have a G13A in my swift and these too are brilliant engines..
8v's can be picked up for a tenner..
is the block the same as the 16v's? are the heads interchangeable?

I would like a co-drivers seat too, otherwise I will have to take the Ford Focus and travel alone.. I could also take the focus and take utterpiffle with me, as I live in Eindhoven... I it necessary for us to book Camping tickets in advance? ?? can't seem to get a mail through to David...

It's a dutch numberplate btw.. they used to be dark blue with white over here until 1975 or so..
checked the reg in the database Mercedes benz 170 S-D first regged:30-06-1954 last registry: 14-07-1992
it says it's a 4 pot diesel weighing 1340kg (empty) that must be slow!
great thing is, it doesn't need MOT cos it's over 40 years old!
AND it's insured according to the database... so you can just drive it off~!

mmh I never thought I was going to say I miss the wildly painted "german style" cars that were out there a few years ago.. I recall lots of passat's 35i in this style.. where have they gone?

Have a pic of my old passat wish i'd never got rid of it..allthough it had a terribly problematic engine, headgasket failure every two months and was curse word on fuel..

epic rust on this 90ties vehicle, thought my 80's VW was badly rusted...
good job tackling the challenge!

you could try asking sellers what their international rate is.. I do shop a lot on german ebay and most of them will ship abroad after you ask them..
you could use mrj's offer too off course

as said before, don't go for the chinese curse word..
I have a 150l 1956 german quality compressor and it's great.. when you shop for older stuff the air flow is usually a bit lower, but duty cycles are better and tanks bigger so they work better.
Over here, 1 phase ones are pretty expensive and 3 phase ones are cheap as chips, get a frequency converter with soft start off an air handling unit of pump set and bolt it on a 3 phase one and you have a cheap 1 phase compressor with 3 phase power.
