Black 1998 Honda Accord 1.8 SE saloon automatic.
I'm selling this on behalf of my Dad who has given up driving. It was bought new by my brother-in-law and then in 2003 my Dad bought it from him.
It has covered just 39000 miles from new and runs like a proverbial Swiss watch - mechanically it is absolutely perfect. It has a very high spec with virtually every factory option.
Black heated leather seats
Electric windows x4
Electric tilt and slide glass sunroof
Electric heated mirrors
Cruise control
Bose upgraded stereo
Built in sat nav
Climate control air con
Etc etc
It has MOT and tax 'til the end of September. I've just fitted a brand new battery and it had new front brake pads at the last MOT. The tyres are all excellent and this car is ready to drive away. Everything is in full working order.
As with all cars there are a few bad points.
Firstly the n/s front alloy wheel has been kerbed. It's purely cosmetic damage - the wheel runs true but it looks untidy.
The front bumper is dented on the n/s lower corner and quite badly scratched.
Some stupid idiot left there mark in a car park leaving a shallow dent and some scratches on the o/s doors.
Unfortunately my Dad can't find some of the service history or the code for the radio.
This might sound an awful lot, it's even more of a shame because it is such a mint car underneath the minor scuffs. If it were mine I'd get a replacement alloy wheel and front bumper then get one of those dent removal companies to pop out the shallow dents in the doors. Then it would really be a minter to float about in.
I've tried to honestly describe this car and I don't think you'd be dissapointed by it. There is nothing worse than travelling to view a car only for it to turn out to be nothing like the seller describes.
I don't know how to put pics up on here but I'd be happy to email some to anyone who is seriously interested. Viewing is welcomed upon request. We are in Surrey SM6.
Cheers,
Richard.
