Model: VW POLO 1.4CL Open Air Auto Year: 1997 Mileage: 57458 MOT: 24/07/11 Location: Southend on sea Price: 350ono This is my mums car, it's a special edition 'open air' this means it has a massive full length sunroof. Electric windows, electric mirrors and electric roof. She doesn't like driving much so it has only ever been used for going shopping and a short daily commute hence the low mileage. The good points 2 lady owners Full service history Only 57458 miles Interior is immaculate due to low mileage No signs of rust/rot The bad points Overheating problem Front bumper is a different colour Drivers window slips of runner (common VW problem?) Pass Window not working (fuse?) My mum loves this car but the overheating problem means its time for her to get something newer.     Any questions, or for more info call 07983354646

Re the overheating problem,favorite on these is the plastic thermostat housing breaks so the stat wont open.
Just 2 bolts to remove the stat housing and take out the stat itself to see if it cures the fault.
Got to be worth the money,i would have it for my son but he don't want an auto as not cool...

I'm sure someone would have this seeing as it's the 'Open Air' model. GLWS |
