Astra mk4 1.4 ls rare 3 door in burgendy, sunroof, sports interior, amazing on fuel. Screen/computer works, elec windows, c locking, tachometer, power steering. It has around 9 months MOT and 6 months tax (cheap tax) It has always gone straight through its MOT. It has 15" alloy wheels and a de badged grille. My girlfreinds car for last 5 yrs. Bad bits- 1 front wing has a couple of dents, the other is rusty, also there is a crack at the top of the screen which will cost £105 to fix (and will need to be done before next MOT) Please don't try to knock price for this, if it wans't scruffy I would be asking £1200. Its been very reliable and is quite refined, drives lovely and has no knocks/noises ect. 80,000 miles Bargain runabout £750 07989155198

Where was this when I needed a car? My neck of the woods as well. Best of luck with the sale, shouldn't hang around for long.

For what it's worth I've been using a MK4 Astra (2.2 sri) as my daily driver for the last 18 months & it's good to drive, extremely reliable & very practical (huge boot). I'm 99% sure that these are galvanised as well so there shouldn't be any serious rust issues for years to come - for £550, with 9 months mot & 6 months tax, this is a bargain. GLWTS

Best of luck with the sale, shouldn't hang around for long. I thought this too, we are proved wrong. Things must be bad, i was selling these @ £1000-1200 last year 4 doors in naff colours and they sold fast. Looking at the prices of moderns its a sign if the times, though i thought as this has fuel economy and cheap tax/ insurance on its side it would be gone. I can see why so many cars are being broken on ebay, i bet a lot of them are good cars with t&t like this.

Mate, shove it through the auctions, these were doing £6-700 in Aberdeen last Monday,as it's a 3dr maybe a touch more.that's where the public are going now thinking their getting a bargain.the prices have gone silly lately. I did consider this myself but it's really similar to what I'm driving now,Corsa 1.2 16valve so doesn't seem much point doing a deal on it for either of us. Just to reiterate folks, these are stonking cars, good on fuel, reasonably nippy, very reliable and none of your ford rust problems.they do make a lot of sense as a runabout.

1- What is your postcode? 2- When are you free soon? 3- Are you fat? 4- I'm desprate to get this gone from my garden so if you cant get here untill next week i would consider driving to reading @ picking you up in my 944@ extra cost of £20.
