Fitted the new wheel bearing and got it on the ground for the first time ever today! I am reeeaaaally excited! Good news is... I live at the end of a 200 metre long driveway at the top of a hill! Me: Extremely happy! With Caterham nosecone: Kelly and I also painted two of the wheel drums on the trailer, and fitted new brake shoes. Enjoy!

Ahh curse word talking of towing... must weld those towing eyes on!
0-60... well add a second or 2 onto your time... it only weighs about 250-300 kgs at the moment ;D

Looking good, A guy I work with built one of those a couple of years ago, it started off with a 1.3 kent engine but now it's got a 2.0 redtop XE lump on twin 40s, I'll try and get some pics off him for insperation

Nice progress! I had to replace the chassis on a locost when I worked in bodywork, so it was basically the task of building one with all the hard parts done for me Quite enjoyed that, although I didnt quite finish it before I left so never had the pleasure of driving the finished article
